Our online booking system accepts reservations from 4 months until 1 day prior to your arrival.
You can make a reservation upto 10 guests, 30 nights at a time.
If your request is outside of this limitation, you can send us your request from another reservation form.

These are old versions of our reservation form. You will receive our confirmation by e-mail within 48 hours (most probably during the next day) if you use the above reservation forms.
Also, if you feel more comfortable with these old versions, feel free to keep using it and send your request from the above forms. We will gladly confirm your reservation by e-mail just like we were doing before. =D
OUR POLICY:
We accept reservations from 4 months prior to your arrival.
Check-in hours 4:00pm - 1:00am If you arrive early, you could check your luggage. We hold your luggage at the front desk until your room becomes ready.
Check-out hours 5:00am - 10:00am. We can hold your luggage at the front desk if your departure time is later then 10am.
There is no service, rate meant especially for children. We regret our hotel is not appropriate for pre-school children.
No charge for cancellation. However, the information is very important for us. If you find you have to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Also, if you make a reservation through a travel agency, their cacellation policy applies. Please refer to each travel agency for more information.
No show If you don't arrive without any notice given, it will incur payment of your first one night as no-show fee. If you let us know after your planned check-in time, it will incur no-show fee as well.
Full refund if you have already paid for all your rooms and if you cut short your stay. If you let us know by 10am, we pay you back the extra money including the night you are checking out. If you let us know after 10am, we pay you back the money for the nights after, excluding the night you are leaving. Again, if you have paid to a travel agancy, their refund policy applies.
ON PAYMENT:
Our confirmation completes your reservation procedure. No deposit is required.
Please make payment on arriving. Payment can be divided if you are not ready to pay for all the nights when you check-in.
Besides cash, VISA/Master cards are accepted.

Also, you can use the PayPal service. You can make payments with only a couple of clicks from the secure website. Our "no charge for cancallation" and "full refund" policies apply to the payments made through the PayPal as well.
GROUP BOOKING
If you are a group of more than 20 people, our group booking cancellation policy applies. Pleae refer to the below;
Cancellation fee: If you cancel your whole reservation within 5 days of your planned arrival date, it will incur payment of your first one night as cancellation fee.
If you prefer, you can make an advance payment using the PayPal by clicking on the above PayPal button.
Also, you can transfer money into our bank account in advance. We send you our invoice with our bank account information by e-mail on request.
