There is a kind of food court floor on the 7th.
It's called "marunouchi HOUSE".

You'll enjoy with tasty foods, and club music that's disked by beautiful female DJ and nice night view in the terrace.

It's new Tokyo exciting spot for foreigner I guess.
It's not so loudly, that's adult and superior space after all.
