カキ氷 means Japanese summer sweets and sounds"Kakigori"

This machine is for making Kakigori. Put ice cube or rock in the top of the machine, then rotate the handle to crush up the ices, and mix in some fruits, sweet beans, condensed milk as you like.

Lastly, heap up the snow more over the bowl as those contents goes out of sight.

It called "Shirokuma" in Kagoshima prefecture and around south Kyushu area.
Actually "Shirokuma" means polar bear in Japanese.
But I don't know why they use the word for the ice sweets or any correct origine of the name.

Nowadays, It has been getting cool. But it still make you to feel comfortable especially after the sports.
Try it!!!
