No curfew. Our business hours might change depending on the season but the backdoor is available for 24 hours.

We use third party booking engine for short term reservation.
Therefore, The company, which provides the booking engine, will take a 10% booking fee of total amount.
The booking fee (10% of total amount) is non-refundable for any reasons.

Our long term discount can not be applied on the short term reservation.

If more than 5nights have been reserved using the short term reservation system, we can start to apply the long term discount on the rate after the short term reservation has ended.

In this case, the rate will be applied by number of the nights which you have stayed for after the 5th night.

The long term discount is only valid for a consecutive number of nights stay.

Payment will be accepted in Cash or VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diner's Club.
It is necessary for the payment to be processed before the length of stay; however payment can be divided over a desired

amount of days provided that each night has been received in advance.
